Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic buying, and other paid digital channels aligned with client goals.
Manage campaign setup and execution in Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn, with ongoing performance analysis and optimization.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, creative assets, and audience targeting to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Create and present biweekly and monthly reports with performance insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage client relationships through clear communication and strategic campaign delivery.
Oversee media buying and budget allocation across channels to maximize efficiency and results.

3+ years of experience in digital strategy and paid media planning across paid social, paid search, and programmatic media.
Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Looker Studio, and CM360 reporting.
Google paid search/Adwords knowledge.
Strong analytical ability with experience deriving insights and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Advanced reporting skills using Google Looker Studio and GA4.
High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
