Work closely with the Head of Digital on defining, executing, and optimizing the performance marketing strategy;
Coordinate and manage PPC activities executed by external agencies;
Optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) display & search campaigns;
Monitor and improve performance across paid search, remarketing, and prospecting;
Manage and optimize price comparison platforms;
Plan, buy, and evaluate local digital media placements;
Create clear and actionable digital marketing performance reports;
Supervise dynamic marketing campaigns and ongoing optimizations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in PPC (in-house or agency);
Strong hands-on knowledge of GA4, including event-based tracking, funnel and conversion analysis, audience creation, and performance evaluation, with the ability to visualize insights using Looker studio and analyze data through advanced Excel reporting;
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and provide insights;
Experience working with KPIs, forecasting;
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
High attention to quality, technical accuracy, and results;
Good English skills (spoken and written).
