About this role
Role Overview
- Drive company growth by acquiring new customers and increasing engagement of existing ones through data-driven performance marketing campaigns
- Take full ownership of campaign management previously handled by external agencies
- Launch and manage active campaigns across main channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing)
- Conduct a full campaign audit and prepare an optimization plan
- Implement a unified reporting system for management visibility
- Achieve stable growth in sales performance and improved budget efficiency
- Increase campaign ROAS by 15–25% and reduce CPA costs by 10–20%
- Develop a long-term performance marketing strategy with consistently profitable campaigns
Requirements
- Successful management of PPC campaigns in e-commerce or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong experience in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms
