As part of the B2B team, you will be responsible for growing CABAIA’s revenue in your territory (Belgium and Luxembourg).
Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospect for new accounts.
Organize traveling showrooms to capture customer pre-orders in the territory.
Manage client relationships with regular follow-ups and field visits to activate the network while delivering five‑star service.
Set up reporting and monitor KPIs.
Analyze sales activities, market trends and customer feedback.
Train and support clients to help them increase their sales.
Collaborate closely with Sales and back‑office teams.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion, accessories or leather goods.
You have an excellent knowledge of your region’s geography (Belgium and Luxembourg).
You excel at preparing and running traveling showrooms.
You enjoy field work and understand the dynamics and challenges of the wholesale environment.
You are comfortable using ERP and CRM systems.
You are willing to travel by road and hold a valid category B driving licence/driver’s license.
Nice to have: you are fluent in Flemish (Dutch).
