Role Overview
- Identify older properties for sale in your area
- Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
- Understand the real needs of property owners/sellers
- Value the property with the support of our commercial and technical team
- Conduct expert inspection visits
- Offer support for selling or for an immediate purchase
- Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with property owners/sellers
- Calibrate the purchase offer
- Coordinate photo shoots and supervise the drafting of property listings
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers
Requirements
- Passionate about real estate
- Experience in the real estate sector
- Ability to identify older properties for sale in your area
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of legal documents related to real estate properties
