Development and advancement of cross-channel Paid Search and full-funnel strategies
Managing and prioritizing operational activities with a clear focus on impact, scalability, and sustainability
Establishing and further developing a consistent testing and learning culture in Paid Search — with clear hypotheses, regular tests, and systematic derivation of learnings
Ensuring that new ideas, formats, and platform features are continuously reviewed, tested, and iterated
Strategic consulting at eye level — including sparring with clients and internal stakeholders
Subject-matter responsibility for the entire SEA/Paid Search team: methods, standards, quality, and professional development
Enabling, sparring, and professional development of colleagues in day-to-day operations
Conducting pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge
and exchange formats
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising
Strong strategic understanding of performance marketing, business objectives, and digital contexts
Experience with complex account structures, automation, and modern Paid Search setups
Enjoyment in developing hypotheses, running tests, and systematically improving processes
Experience in strategic consulting and direct client contact
Structured, self-directed working style — also in a remote environment
Business-fluent German (C2); English skills are an advantage
