Role Overview
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows
- Experiment with modern AI tools to automate real business processes
- Work closely with department leads to identify automation opportunities
- Prototype and test AI-powered workflows for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics
- Connect AI tools with APIs, databases, and internal systems
- Help teams understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work
- Continuously iterate and improve automation systems
- Document workflows and share best practices across teams
Requirements
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrations
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Curiosity about automation and emerging AI tooling
- Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical ideas simply
- A proactive mindset and ability to build practical solutions quickly
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) (Nice to have)
- AI workflows, prompt engineering, or agentic systems (Nice to have)
- Web scraping or data pipelines (Nice to have)
- Experience helping teams adopt new tools or systems (Nice to have)
- Junior candidates with strong curiosity and a solid technical foundation are encouraged to apply.
