Role Overview
- Interact with stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove impediments;
- Define and prioritize the backlog based on data;
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators for deliveries;
- Ensure a product culture focused on results;
- Participate in and lead agile ceremonies, supporting the team in day-to-day activities;
- Also facilitate agile practices, supporting the team in organizing workflow, removing impediments, and continuous improvement;
- Support the management of agile teams, promoting collaboration, productivity, and the advancement of deliveries.
Requirements
- Knowledge of digital product definition;
- Familiarity with discovery and ideation practices;
- Knowledge of Product Backlog prioritization;
- Knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Experience managing agile teams using Scrum;
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies;
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and teams;
- Availability for direct interaction with the team.
