Responsible for all components of PRA-BC’s clinical assessments, including screening applicants
Ensuring alignment of the PRA-BC program with National Assessment Collaboration standards
Leading and coordinating quality assurance for Clinical Field Assessments (CFAs)
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures relating to clinical field assessments
Developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Making recommendations to a Steering Committee
Collaborating with PRA-BC program staff to achieve annual goals
Overseeing clinical leads/clinical associates to support clinical administration

Medical Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience
Minimum five (5) years working in medical administration or medical regulation in a leadership capacity
Hold an unrestricted license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia in the full-family class
Familiarity with adult teaching and learning principles
Knowledge of local and national context relevant to International Medical Graduate (IMG) practice readiness
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, quality assurance processes, and conflict resolution
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, discretion, confidentiality, and patience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to conduct presentations to small and large audiences
Flexibility to work in a team environment
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software
