Own ACEVE's new business commercial strategy — including segmentation, GTM execution, pipeline prioritisation, and conversion from qualified lead to closed-won
Build the structure, playbooks, and processes that allow the sales organisation to perform consistently and win at scale
Coach and develop your sales managers, setting a high bar for performance, accountability, and commercial rigour
Drive daily execution — pipeline reviews, deal coaching, forecast accuracy — while keeping the team focused on outcomes, not activity
Partner with Marketing on positioning and messaging that opens the right doors
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to ensure new customers land well and are set up for long-term success
Contribute to Sales Leadership strategy and help shape how ACEVE sells across the organisation
Requirements
10+ years in sales within the software industry, including significant experience leading sales organisations focused on new business growth
A proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams — with strong coaching instincts and high standards
Deep familiarity with the full commercial engine: lead generation, GTM strategy, pipeline management, win rates, and ARR growth
The ability to create clarity from complexity — in strategy, process, and expectations
Experience reading and acting on commercial metrics with confidence and precision
Confidence operating in a scaling environment where things move fast and leadership matters.
