Partner with teams including product, eCommerce, creative, performance marketing and external agencies to deliver integrated work.
Advocate for the brand across the business and ensure all touchpoints reflect Pet Circle’s voice and values.
Oversee product and packaging lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring every release aligns with brand standards, resonates with customers, and delivers strong commercial outcomes.
Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation and new brand experiences that delight customers.
Lead project planning, prioritisation and execution of key marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand messages are consistent, relevant and engaging across digital, social, retail and partner channels
Requirements
5+ years experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or product/brand management
A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
Excellent communication, planning and collaboration skills
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where ownership and innovation are championed
Passion for pets and understanding of the pet parent customer (Not essential, but strongly valued at Pet Circle
we love pet lovers!)
