Translate the global brand strategy for the DACH region, taking local market and consumer needs into account
Develop the local marketing plan for the DACH region and assume end-to-end responsibility for the local implementation of global campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social)
Plan, coordinate and manage media strategies for the DACH region in close cooperation with the internal Digital & Media team and external agency partners
Develop and adapt creative advertising materials together with creative and design agencies, ensuring brand positioning and consistency across all DACH touchpoints
Innovation and portfolio adaptation: evaluate global innovations and concepts and create local business cases
Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting the local A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, as well as ownership of timelines, project status and KPI achievement in DACH
Continuous analysis of brand and category performance, identification of growth drivers, risks, market changes and consumer behavior, and derivation of clear, actionable insights
Close collaboration with the global Category team, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Trade Marketing, Regulatory and Supply & Demand
