Own and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely execution of maintenance and software renewals
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the installed customer base
Proactively engage customers to understand evolving business and technical requirements
Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, pipeline, and opportunity data in CRM systems
Support Account Directors with account intelligence, customer insights, and opportunity development
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute to account plans and customer engagement strategies to drive long-term growth
Requirements
3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or business development
Experience working with telecommunications operators or related ecosystem players (e.g. vendors, infrastructure providers)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales and lead management processes
Experience supporting or working alongside field sales or account management teams
Fluency in written and spoken English & French
