Closing: Utilize effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and consistently achieve your targets.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on all things Teya and our suite of products (don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of training!).
Market Feedback: Collaborate with the rest of the company by providing valuable "boots-on-the-ground" insights to help improve our products.
Customer Loyalty: Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Teya solutions to maximize value and retention.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of Teya in your territory, embodying our values and our vision.
Field activities to acquire new customers within your assigned territory;
Participation in morning team meetings to define plans, set goals, and share experiences;
Management of an active client portfolio and post-sales activities;
Providing excellent and personalized customer service.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles. (in payments, banking, B2B or SaaS is a plus);
A proven track record of hitting commercial targets;
Passion for supporting small businesses and growing enterprises;
Propensity for working in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Superior time management and organizational skills;
Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset;
Proactive spirit and the ambition to exceed expectations;
