PlaybookUX is an all-in-one user research software platform that empowers teams to conduct studies and analyze insights. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to serve as the initial contact for prospective customers and build the sales pipeline while educating the market on their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective customers, representing PlaybookUX
- Schedule qualified demos for the Account Executive team with UX researchers, Product Managers, Designers, and other key decision-makers
- Track and manage activities in our CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions
- Outbound prospect new customers through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Become a product/industry expert
- Overcome prospect objections
- Maintain accurate forecasting records and sales pipeline
- Ability to understand and successfully promote the PlaybookUX platform
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding your quota
- Excel at outbound prospecting
- Constantly thinking of new ways to be creative with your outbound prospecting
- Track what works and what doesn't, and consistently change your messaging to find what works best for you
- Incredible communicator (written and verbal)
- Friendly, engaging, and professional
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple language that can be easily understood by anyone
- Entrepreneurial and analytical, thrive in a remote startup environment
