About this role
Role Overview
Own the processes of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth set up processes and an excellent experience
Draft documents such as contracts, contract changes and ensure documentation is appropriately tracked and stored across internal systems
Own the delivery of benefit programmes across regions
Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships
Ensure policy legislation and employee handbooks are kept updated across global teams
Lead the operational delivery of HRIS Implementation and systems including configuration, testing, rollout and adoption across regions
Act as a system owner for day-to-day HRIS management
Drive continuous improvement of the People tech stack, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities
Support the implementation of promotions and progression planning
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Analyse and suggest improvements for onboarding and administrative processes
Assist in answering employee questions about benefits, leave, and payroll
Help plan and execute wellness and culture-building activities
Requirements
5+ years of People Operations or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in automating manual workflows and scaling People Operations
Well versed in a variety of People Operations projects such as Benefits review, HRIS implementation, Onboarding and Offboarding workflows
Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Previous experience with contracts and onboarding documents is essential
Experience with HRIS systems and tools
Previous experience implementing global benefits packages will be highly advantageous
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
