Deliver world-class discovery, product demonstrations, and value-based selling
Build strong multithreaded relationships with MSP owners, executives, and technical buyers
Lead contract negotiation and close new business consistently
Work closely with Partner Development on partner-sourced opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Support broader GTM efforts including events, webinars, and campaigns
Requirements
3–5+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally within MSP, IT, or cybersecurity
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding monthly MRR quotas
Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, ROI storytelling, objection handling
Ability to run complex multi-stakeholder cycles efficiently
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota
Previous experience selling into MSP's (Managed Service Providers)
Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast paced environment
Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level
Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
