Drafting, negotiation and management of environmental real obligations contracts (ORE)
Drafting, negotiation and management of partnerships with institutional counterparts in agricultural and landscape matters (Chambers of Agriculture, Federations, CUMA, etc.)
Legal support for all questions related to the operation of the facilities
Legal research and drafting of internal legal notes; preparation of presentations for teams
Monitoring of claims and litigation related to operations in coordination with the Operations teams and the Head of Insurance
Requirements
Master’s degree (Master 2) in Rural Law and/or Environmental Law and/or Business Law
Strong interest in contract drafting
First experience in a similar role, with a level of autonomy in carrying out your duties
