Role Overview
- Manage individual employee cases: dismissal procedures, mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles), etc.
- Monitor legal developments in employment/social law
- Participate in labor relations and regular meetings
- Draft various letters and written communications
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Employment/Social Law (Bac+5 equivalent)
- 3–4 years’ experience in employment/social law
- Rigor
