Role Overview
- Provide legal advice and support across multiple jurisdictions in relation to INGOT’s operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable EU and non-EU regulatory frameworks
- Manage all legal documentation, including service agreements and NDAs
- Review, amend, and negotiate agreements with service providers
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on regulatory requirements
- Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures
- Review and approve marketing and promotional materials
- Prepare legal and compliance-related training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law from accredited university (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Master’s degree in law is a plus
- Admitted to relevant Bar Association
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Prior experience in the Financial Brokerage sector is considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and Arabic – Knowledge of any other languages a plus
