License applications (MiFID and MiCA): You will lead license application processes, which may include extensions of our existing MiFID investment firm license or a standalone MiCA license. You will draft and/or update operational procedures related to these applications, serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and external counsel, and ensure these processes run efficiently.
Cross-border distribution in the EU/EEA: You will manage our passporting notifications and act as the point of contact for the regulatory authorities in host countries. You will ensure the legal compliance of our activities where we are passported, coordinating with local external counsel when necessary.
Partnership and distribution agreements: You will negotiate a variety of partnership and distribution agreements with distribution partners and, once agreements are signed, participate in the ongoing supervision of those distributors.
UCITS and AIF regulatory documentation: You will be involved in the legal and regulatory design of the investment products we distribute (primarily UCITS and AIFs). In coordination with the asset managers of these products, you will maintain and update regulatory documentation (e.g., prospectus, KID (PRIIPs), marketing materials) and ensure their regulatory compliance.
