About this role
Role Overview
Helping customers solve problems, answer questions, and get the most out of the CheckProof platform
Managing incoming support requests from customers
Troubleshooting issues, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring timely responses and clear communication
Actively contributing to developing and improving our support processes
Developing and maintaining CheckProof Academy, our learning platform and knowledge base
Creating tutorials, guides, and documentation to help customers learn how to use the product more effectively
Requirements
Experience in SaaS customer support or customer success is a plus
Experience working with support tools and ticketing systems
Strong product understanding and technical curiosity
Experience creating knowledge base articles or help documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, as we work with customers around the world
Nice to have: Experience working in a growing SaaS company
Experience with customer education platforms or learning systems
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are considered a strong plus
