Role Overview
- Lead the commercial and strategic development of supplier partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Structure, negotiate, and secure long-term partnerships
- Develop and own relevant commercial offers
- Manage won projects from negotiation through to series production
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5), ideally complemented by commercial/business training
- Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience with an automotive supplier or OEM in a B2B environment
- Bilingual in Chinese and fluent in English
- Excellent intercultural negotiation skills
- Knowledge of OEM and IAM ecosystems
- Results-oriented with strong leadership
