Assist the Youth Services Manager in overseeing, guiding and leading a vibrant community of 150+ active volunteers across various volunteer teams within SRF Youth Services, with potential responsibility of supervising staff as needed.
Responsible for ensuring Youth Services programs and projects are completed in a timely manner with full adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Actively participate in strategic visioning, annual budgeting, and operational planning for SRF Youth Services.
Oversee and manage all Youth Services online programs for children, teens, and families, including but not limited to: Online Summer Program, Fall and Spring How to Live classes.
Guide, nurture and lead a community of 150+ active across various volunteer teams.
Plan and prioritize engagement initiatives for volunteer growth, retention, and continuous capability development.
Prepare and facilitate group meetings, establishing strong orientation, and a deeply collaborative work culture.
Serve as a liaison with SRF stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration.
Plan and execute in-person local and regional seminars for teachers and chairpersons, ensuring maximum impact and engagement with the help of volunteers.
Support the health and growth of in-person Sunday Schools through teacher and chairperson engagement, meetings and training.
Monitor program status and share accurate and timely reporting as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational regulations, standards, and specifications.
Assist Youth Services Manager in conducting risk analyses across all Youth Services programs, report identified risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Implementation of the Youth Services Youth Protection (YPP) Program.
Coordination of Youth Services Convocation offerings.
Development of comprehensive training programs for teachers.
Development of relevant technology solutions for Youth Services.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required (bachelor's or master's degree in child education or a related field would be highly preferred)
SRF/YSS Kriyaban status required; membership in the Voluntary League of Disciples highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Good planning, organizing and coordination skills
Forward-looking mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
Proficient in managing complex workflows with good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Keen attention to detail and high comfort with change management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools and applications
Deep attunement to SRF’s mission, values, and spiritual culture, with the ability to integrate these principles into decision-making, team leadership, and program development.
Proven work experience in program management and/or volunteer management
Strong working knowledge of operations management
Experience as professional educator required
A minimum of two years of experience with SRF’s Youth Services Department or Sunday Schools at Centers or Temples is required
