3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Deployment Strategy.
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
Ability to understand and write SQL to validate AI-generated queries and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Familiarity with the concepts of data schemas, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers.
Understanding of how Generative AI works, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and evaluation sets.
Comfortable navigating and executing everything in the Wisdom AI Documentation.
