Be responsible for new business activities including supporting sales planning, prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations and tender/proposal preparation
Identify and engage prospective customers within target sectors (insurance, repair, property, and related industries) on a structured and planned basis
Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline in Codafication's CRM, and report on progress and conversion rates to Leadership
Support pre go-live activities by assisting customers and internal teams during onboarding and transition stages
Liaise with customers to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project delivery
Collaborate with Product, Project and Customer Success Teams to help drive product innovation, utilisation and satisfaction across the customer base
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across products and services, feeding insights back into internal teams to support continuous improvement
Monitor relevant industry trends, including regulatory and market developments, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably within the insurance or software industry
Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes in a product or SaaS environment
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing renewals, proposals, and negotiations
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the insurance claim process
Highly organised with experience managing multiple clients and priorities
Experience with HubSpot CRM is required for effective pipeline management.
