Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, analytics or e‑commerce.
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and structured experimentation.
Strong grasp of UX, digital behaviour and SEO fundamentals.
Collaborative mindset and ease working in an agile, international environment.
A B2B expertise / background is preferred, but not a must.
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English, and Dutch or French.
