Digital marketing: Develop, analyse & optimise digital marketing initiatives (website, Meta, SEO/SEA, email, SMA).
Content creation: Write and produce content, including newsletters, web copy, and press releases, ensuring high-quality, engaging output.
Website management: Maintain existing websites, create new pages and coordinate projects related to launching new or optimizing current websites.
Campaigns & community initiatives: Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing campaigns and communication aspects of events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Strategic planning: Proactively review and improve current marketing strategies, challenge the status quo, and generate actionable insights.
Reporting & analytics: Build dashboards, track digital performance, and generate insights to understand customer profiles and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & coordination: Work closely with internal teams, media, partners, and agencies to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication
Minimum 5 years of experience in all-round digital marketing roles.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English (preferably NL as mother tongue)
Proven experience with digital marketing tools
Knowledge of graphic design tools is an asset
Strong autonomy, hands on, creative, problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects
Interested in events, real estate, urban development, and up to date with marketing trends.
