Learning and Development Lead

Role Overview

• Lead the Learning & Development function for our sales teams.
• Support a small team of internal trainers.
• Create engaging training content for new starters and ongoing development.
• Deliver onboarding programmes and induction training for new employees.
• Track learning progress and competency through training platforms and internal systems.
• Work closely with team managers to ensure new starters become competent and confident in their roles.
• Support sales performance by delivering training both in the office and occasionally in the field.
• Travel to other European markets when required to support training initiatives.
• Help new starters reach competency within their first months and support their ongoing development.

Requirements

• Experience in sales training, learning & development, or enablement.
• Someone confident presenting and delivering training sessions.
• Experience creating engaging training content and learning materials.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Experience supporting or mentoring others (previous team leadership is a plus but not essential).
• Someone organised, driven and passionate about developing people.
