Own Spiko’s Web3 go-to-market strategy
Drive TVL growth across crypto-native institutions and DeFi ecosystems
Close commercial agreements with trading firms, exchanges, custodians, stablecoins, DAOs, and foundations
Build DeFi use cases for Spiko MMFs and future tokenized products (e.g. collateral integration, token incentives, yield primitives)
Identify and structure strategic ecosystem partnerships
Lead the full sales cycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing
Collaborate with product to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities
Represent Spiko at top-tier crypto conferences and events

Extensive network in crypto, with a focus on institutional players
Experience in Web3 sales, partnerships, or BD (protocol, exchange, asset manager, or infra provider)
Deep understanding of stablecoins, tokenized assets, yield generation in DeFi, and collateral mechanics
Familiarity with trading, asset management, or treasury workflows in crypto
Track record of closing complex commercial agreements in the crypto industry
Based in Paris, or able to work from Paris at least 2-3 days a week
Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean startup environment
Strategic thinker + hands-on executor
Nice to Have
Experience with tokenized RWAs or fund structures
Background in structured DeFi integrations (e.g. collateral onboarding, vaults, liquidity strategies)
Prior founder/operator experience in crypto.
