Overseeing a team of account executives and ensuring both individual and collective sales targets are met
Driving team performance, supporting skill development, and actively contributing to revenue growth through client portfolio management (upsell, cross-sell, renewal) and new business acquisition
Lead and coach a team (training, support, motivation)
Ensure achievement of KPIs: net revenue, pipeline coverage, territory coverage, conversion rates, etc.
Organize regular team rituals: one-on-ones, team meetings, performance debriefs
Act as the liaison between the sales team and sales leadership
Foster strong collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.)
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients (upsell, cross-sell, renewal)
Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio
Participate in commercial strategy and the identification of key segments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related fields
8+ years in mid-Market sales, focusing on SaaS solutions in digital trust
A first successful experience as a team lead (3 people)
A first experience in technologies like VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention is a plus
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with an in-depth understanding of mid-market sales cycles
Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology
Experience managing or coaching a sales team (3 people)
Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong sales communication skills with a value-based consultative approach
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient level of English
Fluent in French.
