Payroll Management: Monthly report generation with payroll changes, communication of changes to the agency, receipt and review of payrolls, coordination with the finance team for the payment date, uploading pay slips to our HRIS.
HRIS full cycle management (Lucca)
Data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits, resolution of doubts, contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices.
Responsible for the entire process of Occupational Risk Prevention together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation, evaluations among others.
Analysis and diagnosis of workforce, drafting of the equality plan, submission and correction of documentation together with the team.
Contribute to the planning and organization of celebrations and all other social events planned for Valencia office.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role.
Payroll's management
Solid knowledge of the Spanish Law
Advanced Excel skills
Planning and Organization
Oral/written communication skills in both Spanish and English. French is a plus.
