You develop and refine the value proposition of our product and ensure consistent communication across all channels and target audiences.
You plan and manage the rollout of new features — from the overarching storyline and launch campaigns to clear market differentiation.
You equip our sales team with impactful materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and talking guides that convince in customer conversations.
You monitor trends, analyze competitors, and derive well-founded insights for our product and marketing strategy.
You conduct interviews and surveys, identify pain points, and translate customer feedback into clear messages and stories.
You work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimally align roadmaps and campaigns.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market management in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience developing value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials.
You quickly understand complex software products and can communicate them precisely and appropriately for target audiences.
You work analytically and in a structured manner and can translate market insights into concrete strategies.
You are confident in stakeholder management and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
You have excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1) and a strong sense for language and storytelling.
