Work with the global product management & regional commercial teams to drive the development and execution of the strategy in support of the delivery of financial and share gain targets
Act as the primary liaison between the regional commercial leadership team / strategic account management and BU LoB leaders and their global product management teams
Ensure that customers have the products they need and personnel have the necessary selling skills and tools to sell and support the commercial strategies
Be a key member in the creation, execution and monitoring of regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives including setting of KPI’s
Execute the global strategic plan with specified regional tactics, bridging multiple functions to simplify the process and get things done
Work with the Marketing Communications partners to develop and deploy an annual communications plan
Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited university, preferably in material science, chemistry or related discipline
MBA is a plus
Six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global organization
Familiarity with electronics assembly industry or processes involved (E.g PCBA/SMT)
5+ years’ product and marketing management experience
Ideally working with PCB assembling materials (solders, cored wires, liquid flux, solder pastes, preforms etc.)
Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers
Well-organized and detail oriented
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
