Develop and execute the regional event strategy, including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and proprietary Inriver events
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor negotiations, budget management, booth design, speaker coordination, and post-event analysis
Drive measurable pipeline generation through strategic event participation and targeted follow-up campaigns
Design and execute multi-channel ABX programs targeting high-value accounts in partnership with Sales
Leverage intent data, personalization tools, and orchestrated outreach to engage buying committees and accelerate deal velocity
Measure and optimize ABX performance against pipeline contribution and revenue influence metrics
Build and manage co-marketing programs with technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners in North America
Develop joint value propositions, content assets, and campaign strategies that drive mutual pipeline growth
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the Partner team, ensuring alignment on joint GTM initiatives
Collaborate closely with North America Sales leadership to develop aligned marketing plans that support territory goals and pipeline targets
Participate in regular pipeline reviews and QBRs, providing marketing insights and program recommendations
Act as the voice of the North America market back to global marketing, sharing regional insights to inform messaging, content, and campaign priorities
Requirements
5+ years of demonstrated B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles
Commerce technology industry experience required: PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), eCommerce platforms, MDM, or related enterprise software categories
Proven ability to build and execute ABX programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience developing and managing partner marketing programs with technology and services partners
Strong event management skills, from strategy through execution and ROI analysis
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align with Sales and Partner stakeholders
Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously as the sole regional marketing resource
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
