About this role
Role Overview
Own a portfolio of exciting Swedish sports clients and be responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term value creation.
Act as a trusted commercial advisor: helping customers increase ticket sales, optimise usage of our platform, and unlock new revenue streams.
Drive renewals and contract extensions.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Increase platform usage and transaction volume.
Proactively reduce churn and increase Net Revenue Retention.
Generate referrals and expansion opportunities for the Sales team.
Conduct structured business reviews focused on performance, revenue drivers, and optimisation opportunities.
Develop account plans aligned with each customer’s lifecycle stage.
Track account health, identify churn risk, and implement mitigation strategies.
Use data and analytics to identify growth levers.
Requirements
Passionate about sports and technology.
Commercially minded
you care about growth, revenue, and measurable outcomes.
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, etc.).
Strong communicator who can build trust and influence decision-makers.
Comfortable discussing commercial topics such as revenue optimisation and contract value.
Analytical and structured in your approach.
Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple customers simultaneously.
Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow with the company.
Fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in Norwegian and English.
Experience from SaaS, sports, events, ticketing, or recurring/transaction-based business models is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
