Role Overview
Own the full post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise clients
Lead onboarding and tailored product training
Own post-sale relationships — run regular check-ins
Build success plans, surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams
Manage renewals, flag churn risks early
Requirements
3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
Solid grasp of SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical
Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients
Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and explaining technical concepts
Familiarity with APIs, analytics tools, or CMS integrations is a bonus
Proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight
