Role Overview
- Own the full post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Lead onboarding and tailored product training
- Own post-sale relationships — run regular check-ins
- Build success plans, surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams
- Manage renewals, flag churn risks early
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
- Solid grasp of SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical
- Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and explaining technical concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, analytics tools, or CMS integrations is a bonus
- Proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight
