Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and make data-driven adjustments together with the wider marketing team
Work closely with stakeholders to explore how we can increase leads across broader and evolving target audiences
Lead performance marketing initiatives independently, making informed decisions and acting as VISIT’s internal lead and guide within paid media
Build and develop performance marketing structures, processes, and reporting frameworks as we scale
Collaborate across a global marketing team working with multiple markets and regions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, either in-house or agency-side
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns at scale
Comfortable taking full ownership of strategy, execution, and results within performance marketing
Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant tracking, optimization, and reporting tools
Highly analytical and experienced in building dashboards and performance reporting frameworks
Understand what drives high-performing ads and have hands-on experience with A/B testing
Experience with SEO and GEO optimization, including keyword strategy and on-page improvements
Experience with B2B marketing and preferably Account Based Marketing
Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally and aligning marketing efforts with broader business goals
Experience with HubSpot is a plus, but not required
Pragmatic and solution-oriented — comfortable “making things work” when needed and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Benefits
A culture that supports learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
