Role Overview
- Coordinate daily project tasks and timelines.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Escalate issues or delays proactively.
- Liaise with IT, operations, finance, student services, and other stakeholders.
- Align project deliverables with cross-functional requirements.
- Manage communication and expectations across teams.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks, propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deadlines are met and expectations are managed.
- Assist in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Record meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
- Support quality assurance processes during development and implementation.
- Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Assist with system rollouts, data migration, and testing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to optimization of IT and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: any project management courses completed will be an advantage.
- 3
- 6 years of overall experience, with maximum exposure/experience in project coordination/management activities.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
- Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or software development lifecycle is a plus.
- Confident use of project and development methods as well as extensive know-how of methods, tools and applications for project management.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a very structured and independent way of working.
- High level of commitment, ambition and passion.
- Fluent in English is required, both written and spoken.
