Develop, update and maintain high quality user manuals and product documentation.
Collaborate with SME’s, stakeholders and various teams across Clinical Diagnostics to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and documentation requirements.
Conduct documentation scoping and planning identifying information needs, analysing source material and verifying content to ensure it is accurate, complete and fit for purpose.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the product suite as required to translate complex product information into simple, polished and engaging content.
Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, actively engaging them for feedback, clarification and review to ensure documentation remains relevant and high quality.
Proactively identify risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating to key stakeholders or division leadership where required to maintain timelines and documentation standards.
Deliver documentation aligned with release cycles meeting the agreed milestone dates and contributing to smooth and informed product deployments.
Continuously evaluate and improve documentation practices, introducing new approaches, templates or tools to enhance readability, consistently and user experience.
Requirements
3+ years’ proven experience in technical writing, content development or software documentation ideally within a technology, healthcare of clinical diagnostics environment
Clinical experience in pathology is highly desirable
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency with documentation tools and formats (e.g. MS Word, Confluence)
Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, grammar and accuracy.
