Role Overview
Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers
Apply a consultative sales approach to analyze customer challenges and develop tailored solutions
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in the CRM system
Use LinkedIn and professional networks for lead generation and customer outreach
Requirements
Native German speaker
2–5 years of experience in subscription sales, ideally with a consultative approach to customer engagement and business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
