University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
Minimum of 5 years work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency or Consultancy services
Proven track record within the domain of customer engagement systems in the pharmaceutical industry (CRM, Customer Master Data, Sales & Marketing platforms)
Knowledge of Veeva Vault concept and Veeva Commercial Cloud products
Strong value driven, service and end-consumer oriented mindset with strong executional skills (get-things-done), pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Good technical understanding with the ability to quickly grasp even complex technical contexts
Strong communication skills with ability to understand business needs and simplify technical complex topics for various stakeholders
Communicate fluent in English.
