Working directly with senior executives and decision-makers of Xtra Mile clientele across international medical, high-tech, startups, technology, and software companies, advising on marketing strategies and creating GTM plans.
Planning and executing multi-media marketing campaigns (digital campaigns, social media activities, productions, events, conventions etc.), managing budgets and ensuring flawless delivery.
Monitoring campaign performance metrics and managing reporting based on outcomes vs. goals, to optimize ongoing delivery and track ROI.
Acting as the key contact for clients, providing white-glove customer service for our clients, driving satisfaction and strengthening relations, by ensuring ROI is delivered according to their marketing strategy.
End-to-end management of events, including working with suppliers and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing management roles.
Background in the high-tech /SAAS / B2B Companies is an advantage.
Experience in the digital & social media worlds.
Creating GTM plans, experience working closely with digital & social media teams, and familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and online platforms (Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.)
Proven experience in inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.
A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.
