About this role
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you are a key player in the company’s commercial development across its entire service offering for large enterprises
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key account clients
Identify upsell opportunities and increase the value of partnerships
Grow the strategic accounts in your portfolio
Respond to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Develop tailored, differentiating commercial proposals in collaboration with operational teams
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ B2B sales experience dealing with HR decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors) within large accounts
Full mastery of long, complex sales cycles
Experience in the training, HR, or high-value service sectors is a plus
Strong analytical skills and a consultative sales approach
Persuasiveness, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset
