Senior Marketing Manager – Genetic Services

Role Overview

• Develop and own the North America marketing strategy for PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR
• Identify emerging trends in reproductive genetics
• Create robust, scientifically accurate messaging
• Develop high-value marketing materials including clinical white papers, videos, sales presentations
• Build ROI calculators and workflow tools
• Lead multi-phase launch planning for new assays and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives across PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR, and genetic testing
• Deep knowledge of IVF workflow and genetic testing
• Strong skills in strategic messaging, content creation, launch execution, and customer insight development
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, regulatory, product management, and genetic counseling teams
