Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Utilize analytical skills to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
Engage with clients on a daily basis to provide tailored technical solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly the Service team, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Support end-to-end sales processes from client engagement to after-sales service.
