Collaborate with product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing teams to implement winning variations.
Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and long term conversion trends.
Develop hypotheses grounded in behavioral psychology, user intent, and ecommerce best practices.
Optimize landing pages, product pages, navigation, checkout flows, and mobile experiences.
Ensure experiments are statistically valid and insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Evaluate and manage CRO tools, analytics platforms, and user research technologies.
Present findings, recommendations, and business impact to leadership teams.

Have 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in ecommerce or high traffic digital products.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and experiment design.
Be highly proficient with CRO and analytics tools.
Understand UX/UI principles, user behavior, and conversion psychology.
Be comfortable analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Be proactive, curious, and relentlessly focused on measurable outcomes.
Have experience working cross functionally in fast paced, agile environments.
