Execute outbound outreach campaigns via phone, email, and digital channels targeting cardiologists, practice administrators, and physician group leadership
Make cold and warm calls to provider offices to introduce Karoo and qualify interest
Draft and send personalized email sequences and follow-up communications
Assist in planning and executing outbound recruitment campaigns, including webinar and event-based initiatives
Communicate effectively with practice administrators, office managers, and physicians
Develop familiarity with provider workflow, revenue cycle considerations, and operational challenges
Capture and document feedback, objections, and competitive mentions from prospect conversations to help refine messaging and inform the team's approach
Log all outreach activity accurately in CRM and maintain clean prospect records
Track follow-up tasks and ensure consistent cadence with prospects
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound marketing
Experience conducting primary research and building prospect lists
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging unfamiliar audiences with confidence
Strong written communication skills — able to craft outreach that gets responses
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
