Manage and prioritize incoming service requests in the service queue
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians
Track progress of service tickets from request through completion
Ensure SLAs and client expectations are met
Coordinate field services for client infrastructure work including: Site decommissioning (equipment removal / cleanup), Security camera deployments, Low voltage cabling and additional network drops, Hardware installations and swaps, Small infrastructure upgrades
Maintain accurate status tracking for all open service requests
Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Identify risks or delays and escalate when necessary
Prepare quotes for service work using Kaseya Quote Manager
Assist with scoping and estimating small service requests
Maintain documentation of work orders and project notes
Ensure proper closure documentation is completed
Requirements
1–3 years experience in project coordination, service coordination, or operations support
Experience managing multiple service requests or small projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and task management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work US business hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service delivery environment
Preferred Experience: Experience working with IT infrastructure or field services, familiarity with low voltage, networking, or security camera deployments, experience with ticketing or service management systems, experience with quoting tools (Kaseya, PSA tools, or similar platforms), background working with MSP or IT service providers.
