Work closely on a team with our SEO Success Managers and Advantage SEO Consultants to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and confidently run upsell and cross-sell motions (with Sales partnership as needed)
Monitor account health, surface risks proactively, and drive cross-functional alignment to remove blockers
Lead bi-annual to annual Executive Business Reviews and periodic Customer Success Plans
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing, commercial role in a fast-paced SaaS or digital marketing environment
Demonstrated success owning renewal cycles and contributing to (or running) expansion opportunities
Strong commercial acumen, including comfort navigating pricing, negotiation dynamics, value drivers, and ROI
Clear, confident communicator capable of leading conversations with managers, directors, and senior stakeholders on the client side
Authentically passionate about helping our customers to grow their businesses and hit their targets
Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy
Highly detail-oriented and able to keep numerous balls in the air at once without skipping a beat; you can project manage and set priorities while managing multiple client relationships
